We understand that there are circumstances that require you to change or cancel your appointment. However, we need you to give us at least 24hrs for a weekday appointment and 48hrs for a weekend appointment so that we are able offer that spot to another client.
Unfortunately, due to countless last minute cancellations and no shows we have had to strictly implement the following cancellation/no show policy. We are implementing this to look after you as our valued clients and secure your bookings for you. It is not of any benefit to either ourselves or our clients if our appointments are being wasted when someone could have benefited from them.
You must give at least 24 HOURS notice to cancel a weekday booking. Failure to do so will result in you getting a 50% charge of the value of your treatment that you were booked in for. In the instance that you fail to show for your appointment on a weekday, you will be required to pay for the FULL amount of the value of the treatment that you were booked for. You will be sent an email with an invoice to pay the amount for the cancelled/missed appointment.

In the instance that you fail to show for your appointment on a weekend, you will be required to pay for the FULL amount of the value of the treatment that you were booked for.
All weekend bookings will be required to have a credit card number to secure the booking. Please note that this is not the card that you have to pay with at the time of your appointment but this is the card that you will be charged to if you fail to show for an appointment. If you do not wish to leave your card details with us then you can come in to the spa or pay over the phone, for your treatment in FULL at least 48hrs prior. Please note that if you have paid beforehand and then cancel within 48hrs you will only be refunded 50% of the payment and if you fail to show for your appointment then you won't be refunded for you appointment at all.
